Our present USA-Government was engineered in a secret Assembly of Delegates, in 1787 Philadelphia, & there-in they Engineered a "Constitution" Document, which established a Roman-Law Based "Civil Government", where-under Statutory-Codes were intended to be assembled & published, all in manners which were suppose to provide for Limited but Responsible Governing of our American Nation.
But, especially through the Amendment process, (& especially including the Sixth & Seventh Amendments); that same "Constitution" Document Authorized a Process, where-under, if enough "Common-Law Juries" Adjudicated enough Court-Case based "Facts" from cases in dispute; then, in essence, this would amount to the Establishment of an American-National "Common-Law Government"; which, through its vigilant use of the Common-Law Judicial-Power, was technically agreed there-in, to have the Legitimate & Lawful Authority to Completely Dis-Place the Default American-National "Civil-Government".
This is the essence of what this web-page, & the people patronizing it, are proposing.
Numerous documents have been published which explain the Deeper Historical & Legal/Lawful Basis for this un-fashionable proposal.

The above words set the stage for our General Larger Social-Organizing Agenda.
Of more specific relevance to the larger "Veterans Brigades" group, which is so graciously accommodating this effort; general "Common-Law Tradition", Mandates, that, All able-bodied American Veterans should consider Volunteering to Assist the Holder of the Office of their "County Sheriffs", as "Posse Comitatus" Members. That "County-Sheriff Office", is a "Pure Common-Law Jurisdiction" Office; (while at larger State & National Levels, civil governmental structure has not preserved any Public-Governmental Offices which have any similarly deep Common-Law Rooted Tradition).
These un-fashionably innovative ideas may only gain success if numerous rightous people join together to assist here-in.
